1. About these terms
These Terms of Service describe use of D’Beauty Loft’s website and the general arrangements for requesting salon services. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to D’Beauty Loft at 375 Windsor Hwy, Suite 150, New Windsor, NY 12553. Please read these terms before booking. If you need clarification or assistance, call (845) 563-0322.
Specific service details, pricing, and booking conditions communicated when an appointment is arranged also apply to that appointment. Square and other independent platforms provide their own terms for using their systems. These website terms do not replace mandatory consumer protections or create a waiver of rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
2. Website information and acceptable use
You may browse the site, view the service menu, and use the provided links to contact the salon or arrange a service. Please provide accurate information and only book for yourself or someone you are authorized to assist. A parent or legal guardian should contact us about services for a minor and any consent or attendance requirements.
Do not use the website to submit false bookings, impersonate another person, harass staff or clients, distribute malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the site’s availability. Do not use another person’s contact or payment details without permission. Access to the website may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect its operation.
3. Booking an appointment
“Book your visit” and “Book an appointment” open our Services page. Choose a service to continue to Square, review available appointment options, and complete the steps shown there. Merely viewing a service, clicking a button, or beginning a booking does not confirm an appointment. Rely on the confirmation issued through the booking process or directly by the salon.
Review the selected service, provider if shown, date, time, location, price, and any deposit or cancellation conditions before completing a booking. Keep your confirmation and use accurate contact details so appointment updates can reach you. If you do not receive a confirmation or cannot tell whether the booking completed, call before trying again to avoid duplicate appointments.
4. Consultations and service suitability
Some services require a consultation or additional information before an appointment can be finalized. Service suitability, timing, and the plan for your hair may depend on its current condition, previous treatments, length, density, and the result you are seeking. Reference images help communicate your preferences but do not guarantee an identical result.
Before a service begins, tell your stylist about relevant previous chemical treatments, known product sensitivities, and concerns that may affect the service. Ask whether a consultation, strand test, or patch test is appropriate. A stylist may recommend a different approach, multiple appointments, or postponement where needed. Salon advice is specific to the cosmetic service and is not medical diagnosis or treatment.
5. Prices, appointment lengths, and payment
Website prices and estimated durations are provided to help you compare services. The menu includes a date showing when its information was checked. Pricing or availability can change, and an estimate may need adjustment if the agreed service changes. Confirm the applicable price, what it includes, and the expected appointment length before accepting a service.
A deposit, if required, is different from the total service price. Review the amount due at booking, any remaining balance, and the payment terms displayed for the selected service. Charges, taxes where applicable, and any optional additional services should be clarified before payment. A price change published later does not by itself change an agreed confirmed appointment price.
Online booking and payment functions are provided through Square. Follow the payment instructions shown there or communicated by the salon. This website does not ask you to enter card details. If a displayed amount appears incorrect, contact the salon before completing the transaction.
6. Cancellations, rescheduling, and late arrival
Please use the cancellation or rescheduling instructions in your appointment confirmation, or call (845) 563-0322 as soon as you need to make a change. A message sent through a social-media account may not be seen in time. Check that your requested change has been acknowledged.
Any cancellation window, deposit treatment, late-cancellation fee, or no-show charge is governed by the policy disclosed and accepted for your booking, subject to applicable law. These website terms do not establish an additional fee or a new cancellation deadline. If the relevant policy is unclear, call before you book.
If you expect to arrive late, contact the salon. Depending on the available time and service, the appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled. If the salon must change or cancel an appointment, contact us to discuss the available options and any payment already made under the applicable booking terms.
7. Service concerns, corrections, and refunds
If you have a concern about a service or charge, contact the salon promptly with the appointment date and a clear explanation. We can review the service provided, the agreed plan, relevant booking terms, and appropriate next steps. Where useful, we may ask to see the result in person or discuss your aftercare routine.
Refunds, adjustments, or additional appointments depend on the circumstances, any terms disclosed for the service, and applicable law. This page does not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule or promise an automatic refund or complimentary correction. Nothing here restricts a valid payment dispute or other statutory remedy.
8. Visiting the salon
Services are provided at 375 Windsor Hwy, Suite 150, New Windsor, NY 12553. Nearby-community pages describe travel to this New Windsor location; they do not represent additional salon branches. Check your confirmation and current directions before traveling.
Contact us in advance about accessibility needs, assistance with booking, parking questions, or arrangements for a minor. Please treat staff and other visitors respectfully and follow reasonable salon instructions relating to safety and the service. Services may need to be paused or declined where there is a legitimate safety concern, subject to applicable law.
9. Photographs, website content, and reviews
The website’s logo, text, design, and photographs belong to D’Beauty Loft or their respective rights holders. You may view the site and save material for your own appointment planning. Reusing identifiable client photographs, copying the site for a competing business, or implying an endorsement requires appropriate permission.
Sending an inspiration photo is for consultation and does not transfer ownership of the image. Only provide material you are entitled to share. Agreeing to a salon appointment does not by itself authorize advertising use of your image. Contact us about photography permissions or a photograph appearing on a channel we control.
Reviews and client examples describe individual experiences. Results can vary, and photographs may appear different because of lighting, screens, styling, and the condition of the hair. Nothing in these terms prevents an honest review or lawful criticism of the salon.
10. External services, availability, and saved content
Square handles its own booking and payment platform. Google provides its mapping services, and social-media platforms operate their own websites and accounts. Their availability, features, and policies are outside our direct control. Check the destination before sharing information and review the terms shown by each provider.
We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but errors, maintenance, outages, or outdated cached pages can occur. Optional home-screen and offline features may display a saved version of a page rather than current availability or pricing. Reconnect and confirm important appointment information through Square or by phone. The website cannot complete an appointment booking while offline.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains website information, technical storage, third-party bookings, and how to contact us about privacy requests. Information you enter directly on a third-party platform is also subject to that provider’s privacy notices. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through public comments or social-media messages.
12. Responsibility and your legal rights
Website content is provided for general service information and appointment planning. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted website access, the availability of third-party platforms, or that a reference photograph will match an individual service result. Contact us to resolve any discrepancy before relying on a displayed service detail.
These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuse fraud or unlawful conduct, or remove consumer rights relating to services, payments, or personal information. They do not require mandatory arbitration, waive class-action rights, or prevent a complaint to a regulator or a claim in an appropriate court.
13. Applicable law, changes, and questions
New York law and applicable federal law govern these terms to the extent permitted by law, without taking away any mandatory protections that otherwise apply to you. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
We may revise these terms as services or website features change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Updated website terms do not automatically change the price or cancellation conditions already agreed for an existing booking. Contact us if you need help understanding which terms apply to your appointment.
